Dan came out late in the evening to fix my parents boiler. Very thorough and kept at it until he found out why it was not working. This guy is extremely talented and skilled, full of knowledge and cares about what his clients need and gives very good advice. Would not hesitate to recommend his work. Dan is definitely the man, look no further!!!!

Dan came yesterday to service my gas fire. He looks after my boiler but the gas fire needed to be serviced. It was a monumental task removing the fire from the chimney but Dan managed it cheerfully. His work is truly professional, plus he is kind and considerate. I would thoroughly recommend him.
We have used Dan a few times for boiler services and recently a small leak we discovered. On all occasions we have found him to be very friendly and thorough in the work he has done for us. He’s always arrived on time and even managed to fit us in at short notice when we had an issue. We would certainly recommend him and we will definitely continue to use him ourselves.
What a find Dan is! When my boiler died he came round, recommended the boiler that would be perfect for me. Booking was easy with great communication from Heidi. Dan clearly outlined his quote and when it came to installation he was frankly superb. The installation was perfect, he is a good, tidy worker, cleaning up after himself leaving the area spotless. he was so good I recommended him to service my mum's boiler too. If you are looking for a top quality worker that is not going to charge you the earth then I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dan.
Dan from Crystal Water Plumbing & Heating was recommended to us by a neighbour during a central heating emergency one very cold day during the winter. Although we were new customers to him, Dan came out the same day and managed to make a temporary fix to the heating system. A few days later he returned to make the necessary major repairs. Recently Dan fitted a new shower and pump which are perfect and looks very stylish.
Dan’s work is always of the highest standard, he is extremely reliable and there is always excellent communication about appointment times etc with him, as well as clear explanations about the work being carried out etc. He takes care around the house while carrying out his work. Overall, a trustworthy, professional, friendly guy and we highly recommend Crystal Water Plumbing & Heating. As long as he stays in the neighbourhood Crystal Water Plumbing & Heating are our go-to for all our central heating and plumbing needs.
